With more than 25 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, brand strategy, and commercial growth, Mike has held leadership roles at Tilray Brands, The Coca-Cola Company, Diageo, and Cadbury. His expertise spans consumer segmentation, shopper behavior, brand health tracking, innovation development, portfolio strategy, and advanced analytics, helping organizations identify opportunities and make evidence-based decisions that accelerate growth.

Prior to joining HarrisX, Mike served as Director of Brand, Consumer and Commercial Insights at Tilray Brands, where he guided innovation pipelines and launched new-to-world brands. Previously, he held senior insights and strategy roles at Coca-Cola and Diageo, leading portfolio and growth initiatives that directly influenced category expansion and commercial performance. Throughout his career, Mike has remained focused on embedding the voice of the consumer at the center of business strategy and decision-making.
