Eni Jucja is the Senior Vice President of People, Culture, and Communications at HarrisX, where she has overseen global HR strategy and communications since 2018. Over the past several years, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and enabling its international growth. At HarrisX, Eni has led complex HR integrations following cross-border mergers, harmonized policies across multiple jurisdictions, and introduced scalable processes that strengthened collaboration and employee engagement.

Her expertise also extends to digital transformation in HR, having modernized HR systems and introduced data-driven analytics to improve workforce decision-making. She loves aligning people strategy with business objectives, creating structures that allow teams to innovate, perform, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Before joining HarrisX, Eni served as a diplomat for the Albanian Government for more than a decade. She represented Albania in prestigious international forums, negotiated and implemented bilateral and multilateral agreements, and advanced cultural diplomacy initiatives. This experience provided her with a global perspective and strong negotiation skills that continue to inform her approach to people leadership today.

Eni is fluent in Albanian, English, French, Italian, and German. She holds a degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the Sorbonne University in Paris and a Law degree from the University of Tirana.
