Carol joined HarrisX in 2019 as Vice President of Client Services. Before that, she was most recently at Kantar, where her focus was on customer experience research. Carol brings over 25 years of intensive custom research expertise, including both client side and supplier experience – giving her a strategic focus and a devotion to service which her clients appreciate.
Carol is skilled in designing and interpreting research using many different methodologies, across all types of customer segments (professional or consumer,US or Global). She is particularly well-versed in all phases of the innovation process (idea screening, concept screening, positioning, product testing including forecasting) as well as brand and communications research, segmentation and market structure, claims research, segmentation, and customer satisfaction. Her background includes efforts across a broad spectrum of industries, but most particularly telecommunications, financial services, over-the-counter and health/beauty aids, retail and restaurant, and home improvement.
Ms.George holds an M.B.A in Marketing Management from Baruch College/CUNY and aB.S. in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University and has completed additional graduate course work in multivariate methods and sampling.
Carol is also a trained qualitative moderator.
