These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the [Range Rover UnifyingMindsets Survey 2025] (the "Survey") which will take place between11.08.2025 and 06.10.2025 (“Survey Period”).
SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICIANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Starts at 09:00 GMT on 11.08.2025 and ends at 18:00 GMT on 06.10.2025. 200 prizes in total. Participants must currently own a Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Velar or Range Rover Evoque and have owned the vehicle for no more than 3 years. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By entering the Survey, you confirm your acceptance and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Survey is promoted and managed by Jaguar Land Rover Limited (the “Promoter”) a company registered in England and Wales: company number 1672070 and whose registered office: Abbey Road, Whitley, Coventry, CV3 4LF.
- These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits so, please read them carefully before entering.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Survey.
CAN I ENTER THE SURVEY?
- The Survey is free to enter (no purchase necessary).
- The Survey is open to UK residents who have owned one of the following vehicles for no more than 3 years preceding the start of the Survey Period:
- a Range Rover;
- a Range Rover Sport;
- a Range Rover Velar; or
- a Range Rover Evoque.
- Please note before entering: each entrant that submits a Registration Form (as defined below) may be required to undertake a brief screening call conducted by BEAM FIELDWORK LIMITED (“BEAM Fieldwork Limited”), who are a fieldwork and research partner of HarrisX, which aims to assess their eligibility to participate in the Survey (the “Survey Screener”). The telephone number provided in the Registration Form (as defined below) will be used to contact entrants for the Survey Screener.
- No employees, agents or suppliers of the Promoter, its retailer network and associated companies or their Family Members will be eligible to take part in the Survey. For the avoidance of doubt, “Family Members” means the parents, children, siblings, aunts and uncles, grandparents, grandchildren of an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter, its retailer network and associated companies.
- In entering the Survey, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. It will be the Promoter’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding Prizes (as defined below).
- The Survey is open from 09:00 GMT on 11.08.2025 and closes at 18:00 GMT on 06.10.2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered for the Survey.
- Entrants may submit up to 1 (one) valid entry. Any additional entries will not be counted.
- The Survey will require access to a telephone and an email account. This will not be provided by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if an entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Survey.
- By completing the registration Form (as defined below) and participating in the Survey, entrants agree to both HarrisX’s and BEAM’s terms and conditions, available at: HarrisX T&CS and BEAM Fieldwork Limited T&Cs.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- To participate in the Survey, eligible entrants should:
- register their interest by completing the online registration form located here: Registration Form (the “Registration Form”). A link to the Registration Form will also be embedded in an email sent to potential entrants;
- if invited (in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as set out below), complete the Survey Screener via telephone by 06.10.2025; and
- following the Survey Screener, if selected, complete the online Survey in full.
- Each entrant must provide the following information as part of the Survey (including all or any part of it, including the Registration Form, Survey Screener, or Survey):
- full name;
- personal details (including age and gender);
- email address;
- contact number;
- Information related to Range Rover vehicle ownership, including but not limited to:
- The model(s) of Range Rover currently owned,
- Confirmation of principal driver status,
- Year of purchase or lease of the relevant vehicle,
- Whether the vehicle was purchased/leased new or used,
- Purchase decision details (e.g., whether the entrant was the key decision maker),
- Length of vehicle ownership,
- Prior ownership of Range Rover vehicles.
- Demographic and socioeconomic information (e.g. ethnic background, employment status, residential location, household composition, annual household income);
- Personal values/mindset
- By completing the Registration Form, entrants acknowledge and accept that they may or may not be invited to participate in the Survey Screener and/or Survey. Not all entrants who express an interest will be selected to participate. For the avoidance of doubt, not every entrant that completes the Registration Form will be invited to a Survey Screener, and not every entrant that participates in a Survey Screener will be picked to participate in the Survey.
- The Survey Screener will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to those who register their interest and complete the Registration Form, until the Survey Quota (as defined below) is reached.
- Invitations to the Survey will be allocated in accordance with the following quota:
- 70 (seventy) current Range Rover owners;
- 70 (seventy) current Range Rover Sport owners;
- 30 (thirty) current Range Rover Velar owners; and
- 30 (thirty) current Range Rover Evoque owners,
(the “Survey Quota”)
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the Survey Quota at any time, provided that any change is to ensure a diverse split of Survey participants. In some cases, the Promoter may have already fulfilled the required Survey Quote for certain ownership profiles.
- If, for any reason, a technical interruption equipment failure, telephone failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure or site failure or postal failure occurs and the Survey is not capable of running as planned or entries are not received or validly submitted or the Prize (as defined below) is disrupted, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey if necessary.
- The Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries or entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit (regardless of cause) and any such entries will not be considered valid. The Promoter will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Survey.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey if necessary.
THE PRIZE
- Participants will be chosen from the Survey Screener in accordance with the Survey Quota and invited to complete the Survey (each a “Survey Participant” and together, “Survey Participants”).
- There will be 200 (two hundred) Survey Participants in total.
- Survey Participants who complete the Survey in full shall receive an Amazon voucher worth [£100] (the “Prize”). There are 200 (two hundred) Prizes in total.
- Entrants may only win 1 (one) Prize throughout the duration of the Survey.
- Survey Participants will receive the Prize via the email address provided with their Registration Form within 20 working days from completing the Survey. This will be arranged and paid directly to Survey Participants by BEAM Fieldwork Limited, who will provide fuller instructions on Prize redemption.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the email address and telephone number provided is accurate for notification of any Prize won by the Winner.
- There are no cash or credit alternative Prizes, and the Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
- If the Promoter subsequently discovers the Survey Participant is ineligible or the Survey Participant have breached these Terms and Conditions, or foul play or unethical conduct is suspected under these Terms and Conditions then the Promoter reserves the right to not award the Prize and another entrant will be selected at random as the Survey Participant.
- If the Prize offered is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will not be able to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to the Survey Participants. The Survey Participants will not be entitled to any monetary equivalent or compensation for costs or expenses incurred or suffered in connection with taking up the Prize.
- Survey Participants accept that the Prize could be cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoter.
- In the event that any Survey Participants is unable to redeem the Prize for any reason they must notify the Promoter or its designated agency immediately. In this circumstance, the Prize will not be granted to another entrant. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a Winner is not able to take up the Prize.
- The Survey Participants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter will not be responsible for any costs and/or expenses of taking up the Prize.
- In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
LIABILITIES
- Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Survey or as a result of an entrant's participation in it, participation in any of the activities or as a result of a Survey Participant collecting or enjoying the Prize and/or the Survey, or if the Survey does not run as planned. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Promoter may change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Survey at their absolute discretion and without incurring liability as a result unless the Prize has been awarded.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
- By entering this Survey, you (as the entrant) understand that the Promoter (and its agents, contractors and group members on its behalf) may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) you provide in your Survey entry and in the process of entering:
- To enable them to administer your entry in the Survey, including deciding whether it accords with these Terms and Conditions;
- To notify you if you are a Winner. Where you are a Survey Participant you agree that the Promoter may announce or make available on request your name and county/town and Survey Participant entry unless you object to the Promoters doing so or request that the amount of personal information announced or made available is reduced by the Promoters, in accordance with Clause 42; and
- To share with organisations assisting with the conduct of the Survey and fulfilment of the Prize.
- Entrants’ name and contact information used for the purpose of this Survey shall be retained for a period of [12 months with BEAM Fieldwork and 5 years with HarrisX] from the Closing Date.
- Should any Winner object to their name and county/town of residence being announced or made available upon request by the Promoter, they should contact sjohnso9@jaguarlandrover.com. The Promoter will not announce or make available the personal information of any Winners who have objected. The Promoter may, however, need to provide such data for any lawful or regulatory purposes to a regulator.
- The Promoter reserves the right to contact entrants regarding various product and service promotions or other related communications if the entrant has opted-in to receiving such communications from the Promoter. Your information will be retained for as long as you remain opted-in to receive these communications.
- Should entrants wish to no longer be contacted, they can unsubscribe at any time via the email communications, or contact sjohnso9@jaguarlandrover.com.
- Data will be handled in accordance with (i) any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK including the Data Protection Act 2018 or any successor legislation; and (ii) for so long as and to the extent that the law of the EU has legal effect in the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), and any other directly applicable EU regulation relating to privacy.
